That my Sunday Goal Setting post is dropping on Tuesday may give some indication as to how last week’s goals went. I had great success at the beginning of the week, but then our democracy exploded in violent anger and I don’t know, I guess I just lost focus.
Despite being a couple of days late in posting this week’s goals, I have been thinking a great deal about them. Not all goals are created equal- some are more immediate, while others are things I see more as lifestyle habits. I would say that last week’s goal of getting outside everyday is a lifestyle habit, and so even though I may not explicitly include that as a goal for this week, I am still working on cultivating that particular habit. With that in mind, here we go:
Lifestyle Habit
-drink 64oz water everyday
-read something not work-related everyday
Goals I Will Achieve This Week
-spend 20 minutes a day moving wood
-organize and curate phone apps
-glean no-longer wanted books from my collection
-respond to emails as soon as I receive them
